Progress Reports do home on April 16. Please return by the 18th (before Easter holiday).
April 18 Easter Egg Hunt at 11:00 and party lunch to follow (Willy T's chicken and fruit provided
by the party moms.)
Good Friday Holiday (No School) - April 19
Aspire Tests - April 22 - 26 (Please be on time for school each day this week.)
May 8 - Field trip to Backyard Orchard - We will leave the school at 8:30. The cost
for the trip is $8. This includes picking strawberries to take home, a Social Studies lesson with
Mrs. Cassie, and fun on the bouncy houses. If you think you can help transport students from school to Backyard Orchard, please let me know. We will probably be there a couple of hours.

What We Are Learning
Reading - Every Vote Counts (test on Thursday)
Grammar - Verb tense (test on Thursday)
Spelling - Words with prefixes (test on Thursday - NO Challenge Words)
Social Studies - Types of maps and Using a map scale (Test on Tuesday)
Math - Measuring line segments, angles, geometric solids
Math skills test and facts test (multiplying by 9) will be on Wednesday.
